After years of pipeline gas deadlock China and Gazprom now discuss LNG supplies

Gazprom Deputy Chairman Alexander Medvedev and his counterpart at China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) Wang Dongjin held talks covering supplies of Russian LNG from future giant projects planned for the Arctic region.
