BHP forced to accept end of California LNG dream

BHP Billiton, the Australian commodities giant, said it was still considering a response to a decision by Californian Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to veto its $800 million Cabrillo Port deepwater LNG import terminal off the coast of southern California.
