Exmar signs up with Pacific Rubiales for LNG project on Colombian coast

Canada-based Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp., which has South American oil and natural gas interests in Colombia, said it signed a natural gas and LNG liquefaction services agreement with Exmar of Belgium.
