Shareholder vote gives go-ahead to first LNG terminal in Baltic states

The first LNG import terminal in the Baltic states will go ahead after shareholders of Klaipedos Nafta, the Lithuanian refining and storage company, voted to approve an LNG regasification vessel charter deal with Hoegh LNG of Norway.
