Inpex of Japan takes stake in Shell Australian Prelude FLNG project

Inpex Corp. of Japan said it agreed to acquire a minority stake in the Royal Dutch Shell's Prelude Floating LNG project planned for offshore northwest Australia using a production hull being developed by France's Technip and South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries.
