Skangass of Norway and Swedish refiner Preem in LNG supply deal

Skangass of Norway, the small-scale LNG player, and Swedish refiner Preem signed an agreement for the delivery of cargoes to Preem's refinery in Lysekil on the west coast of Sweden.
