Indian LNG import terminal planned by Enron set to enter partial service

Gas Authority of India Ltd., known as GAIL, will begin the commissioning of the Dabhol LNG import terminal with a cargo delivered on March 27, but the facility will be at only half capacity until the end of 2013 when a new breakwater is completed.
