Shell says it could soon boost LNG volumes by 23 million tonnes a year

Royal Dutch Shell said it has around 15 million tonnes per annum of new LNG capacity in projects under study as well as 8 MTPA under construction and would be spending around $5 billion in LNG-related investments in 2012.
