BW Gas joins venture to develop Dominican Republic LNG facility

BW Gas, a unit of Norway's BW Group, and InterEnergy Holdings have agreed to form a joint venture to build an LNG import terminal in San Pedro de Macoris on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic.
