US LNG export developer Cheniere plans share sale to control debts

Cheniere Energy, the leading company in the race to export surplus US natural gas as LNG, plans to sell more than 36 million shares in an under-written public offering, on the back of long-term LNG sales contracts recently signed for its liquefaction project at Sabine Pass in Louisiana.
