Two Chinese energy companies and buyers of future LNG supplies in Australia and the US, Sinopec and ENN Energy Holdings, are spending just $2 billion to acquire control of China Gas Holdings, which will potentially create one of the biggest city-gas networks in China with a connectable population of over 100 million.
