InterOil, the New York-listed lead developer of the Gulf LNG project in Papua New Guinea, said it signed a Heads of Agreement with ENN Energy Trading Co. of China for the supply of between 1 and 1.5 million tonnes of LNG, the project's second provisional sales deal in a week.
