All the coal-seam-gas-to-LNG projects being developed in Australia were "going full-speed ahead" and energy company Santos said its own Gladstone LNG project would be delivering LNG cargoes to Malaysia and South Korea in less than four years.
Santos Chief Executive David Knox said in a speech in Brisbane that since the final investment decision for GLNG in January 2011, "our contractor Bechtel has made rapid progress."
