CB&I benefits from rise in LNG engineering demand

CB&I, one of the world’s leading LNG engineering companies, reported net income of $72.2 million for the third quarter of 2011, with three-month revenue of $1.3 billion and amid a surge in LNG contracts.

New awards for the third quarter exceeded $3.8Bln, including a $2.3Bln contract in Australia for the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work on the Gorgon LNG project.
