Golar LNG said it agreed terms for the time charter of one of its LNG carriers, the “Golar Grand”, to a major energy company for three years plus a further three-year option at a rate equivalent to about $106,000 a day.
Golar declined to name the energy company chartering the LNG vessel, which has a capacity of 145,880 cubic metres.
