New California LNG project revealed amid gridlock

Esperanza Energy, a unit of Tidelands Oil & Gas Corp., has announced plans to file applications with state and federal agencies to build a floating liquefied natural gas receiving terminal 15 miles off the Port of Long Beach, California.
