Japan's LNG needs in 2012 to rise 15 million tonnes

Japan may require up to 15 million tonnes per annum of additional short-term LNG imports in 2012 because of the nuclear power generation cuts caused by the March earthquake and its LNG requirements will increase in the years ahead.
