Golar LNG unit plans US IPO and Nasdaq listing

Golar LNG, controlled by Norwegian shipping tycoon John Fredriksen, said its Golar LNG Partners subsidiary has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market.
