Kitimat LNG plant owners to buy feed-gas pipeline

US energy companies Apache Corp. and EOG Resources have agreed a transaction to purchase all of the shares in the Pacific Trail Pipeline that will transport feed-gas to their joint venture Kitimat LNG plant in western Canada.
