Cheniere Energy signed a preliminary deal with ENN Energy Trading Co., a growing natural gas network operator in China, for the Chinese company to take 1.5 million tonnes per annum of LNG processing capacity at the planned Sabine Pass liquefaction project in Louisiana to export surplus US natural gas.
