Sound Energy Solutions, the joint venture involving Japans Mitsubishi Co. and US major ConocoPhillips, said it was considering future actions after a decision by the local Harbor Commission to reject proposals to build a $700-million LNG receiving terminal at the Port of Long Beach in California.
