Australia’s Eastern Star Gas and Japanese companies Hitachi and Toyo Engineering Corp. are moving forward with plans to be exporting from an Australian coal-seam-gas-to-LNG plant by 2014 as Eastern launched a share sale and acquired an island for a liquefaction plant.
