Arrow and Shell raise stakes in CSG-to-LNG race

Arrow Energy of Australia and coal-seam-gas-to-LNG partner Royal Dutch Shell have moved from feed-gas suppliers to owners of the Fisherman’s Landing LNG project, one of five ventures being developed around the port of Gladstone in Queensland.
