Colombian developer Amazónica LNG has awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to China’s Jereh Group to build an onshore regas terminal in the Caribbean. Construction is expected to take between 18 and 21 months, with start of commercial operations slated for the first half of 2028.
