US displaces Qatar as Thailand's top LNG supplier

No Qatari LNG has arrived in Thailand since 7 March. That final cargo, delivered by the Shafallah, sailed from Ras Laffan on 12 February, before Iran's closure of the Strait of Hormuz in early March. April to July marks four consecutive months without a Qatari delivery, the longest interruption in LNG Journal records going back to 2017; no previous gap exceeded a single month.
