LNG

LNG plant developer, MidOcean Energy, formed and managed by US investment giant,  EIG, has signed definitive agreements with Japanese utility major, JERA to acquire JERA Gorgon, which holds JERA’s 0.417% interest in Australia’s Gorgon LNG project.
