Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC), in partnership with Eni and PTT Exploration and Production Public Co (PTTEP), have signed a structured financing transaction of up to $11 bill (AED40.4 bill), to help monetise Hail and Ghasha’s midstream future gas production.
