Leading MENA investment bank, EFG Hermes’, an EFG Holding Company, investment banking division has completed a marketed offering of ADNOC Gas shares on behalf of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC). 

The transaction, which involved the sale of around 3.1 bill shares representing a 4% stake in ADNOC Gas and valued at $2.84 bill, marks the first marketed offering in the UAE and the largest placement on the Abu Dhabi ADX share index to date.
