South Korean shipbuilders are expected to benefit from a potential surge in LNGC and crude carrier newbuilding demand.

The ramp up of newbuilding interest should come on the back of US President, Donald Trump’s plans to further develop fossil fuels and tighten sanctions on Iran, industry sources in Seoul said on Sunday, according to the Korean Economic Times (KED).
