Western LNG, one of the partners in the Canadian Nisga’a Nation-backed Ksi Lisims $9 bill project near Prince Rupert (BC), has secured $150 mill to advance the LNG and associated natural gas pipeline project towards a final investment decision (FID).
The $150 mill private placement was led by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, along with affiliates of Jefferies Financial Group, Transition Equity Partners, and others.
