Papua New Guinea (PNG)-based Kumul Petroleum Holdings (KPHL) has signed a pre-front-end engineering & development (FEED) contract for an FLNG, earmarked for the Gulf of Papua.

Kumul Managing Director, Wapu Sonk, revealed that this contract had been awarded to Shanghai Wison Offshore & Marine Co.
