Chevron Australia’s LNG plants hit by strikes

Offshore Alliance (OA) members, an Australian workers union employed by companies owned by engineering firm Altrad are taking protected industrial action (PIA) at Chevron Australia's two LNG facilities.

About 140 gas maintenance workers have begun rolling stoppages and work bans, due to alleged dissatisfaction with negotiations for a new enterprise bargaining agreement, the OA said.
