LNG

Malaysian LNGC owner, MISC Berhad has signed a contract with Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) to build two LNGCs for delivery in 2027. 

This contract was agreed on the back of a letter of intent (LOI) signed with Malaysia’s state owned energy company PETRONAS subsidiary, PETRONAS LNG (PLSB) by which, the latter will timecharter the new LNGCs.
