Glenfarne’s Texas LNG Brownsville, a 4 mill tonnes per annum LNG export terminal to be built at Brownsville, Texas has signed another heads of agreement (HoA) with an undisclosed global LNG player for a long term LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA).

Texas LNG claimed that it had now secured enough customer offtake commitments to achieve a final investment decision (FID) on the project.
