UK energy giant, Shell has accused LNG producer Venture Global of wrongfully earning $3.5 bill from selling cargoes from long-term contracts on the spot market, as part of a long running dispute.

According to the UK’s Financial Times, Shell had commissioned a study “to assess how much more revenue Venture Global wrongfully earned by denying certain European customers their contracted cargoes.”
