A third LNGC is believed to be heading for the Arctic LNG 2 export plant in northern Russia, despite being subject to US sanctions.

The ‘Everest Energy’, alleged to be a part of the so called ‘dark fleet’ of vessels operated by Russian interests to export LNG, has stopped in the Barents Sea northeast of Norway, according to ship tracking data compiled by Bloomberg.
