Australian oil and gas developer, Woodside and the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) have agreed to dismiss the latter’s challenge to a primary environmental approval for the Scarborough Energy project. 

This project has all the primary environmental approvals in place and offshore work is progressing well, Woodside said.
