Golar LNG has claimed to be making strong progress on other FLNG opportunities, following the signing of an agreement for a 20-year FLNG deployment in Argentina earlier this month. 

Golar and bp have also entered into commercial reset arrangements for FLNG ’Gimi’ for the pre-commercial operations date (Pre-COD) period, enabling the project’s refinancing on improved terms, which is expected to release liquidity of up to $0.5 bill.
