The Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), known as the OPEC of LNG and pipeline gas, held its 7th Summit meeting recently in the Algerian capital of Algiers and issued the “Algiers Declaration” underpinning the 12-nation organisation’s long-term strategy.
