TransCanada posts loss on US oil project but will recover any Canada LNG costs

TransCanada Corp., the main Canadian LNG feed-gas pipeline company with contracts to bring shale-gas from the Montney shale in northeast British Columbia to the Pacific coast, swung to a huge quarterly loss after it embarked on a lawsuit against the US government over an oil pipeline.
