Malaysian LNG project in Canada clears one regulatory hurdle as others appear

The Pacific NorthWest LNG project proposed for the west coast of Canada, led by Petronas of Malaysia, is unlikely to harm young salmon habitats after all, though was now seen causing "significant adverse environmental effects" on harbour porpoise and from harmful greenhouse gases, federal regulators said.
