West African nation of Ghana agrees terms for LNG project with power company

Ghana National Petroleum Corp. and Quantum Power, the pan-African energy infrastructure investment firm, signed an agreement setting out terms for the construction and operation of LNG storage, regasification and delivery facilities at the port of Tema.
