BG issues final earnings before its over 250 LNG cargoes a year are folded into Shell

BG Group issued its final earnings before the company and its 250 liquefied natural gas cargo deliveries per annum are folded into Royal Dutch Shell after completion of the Anglo-Dutch company's $50 billion takeover of the UK LNG portfolio player on February 15.
