American Bureau of Shipping approves latest version of Norwegian-designed LNG carrier containment system

The American Bureau of Shipping, the US maritime classification society, has approved an upgraded and larger liquified natural gas containment system developed by Norwegian firm LNT Marine along with the Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute.
