Ophir Energy agrees to sell part of Equatorial Guinea LNG project to US firm

Ophir Energy of the UK has signed an accord paving the way for the purchase by US energy services company Schlumberger of a 40 percent interest in the Fortuna floating LNG project offshore Equatorial Guinea.
