BG and Shell-backed company in CSG-to-LNG battle

The outcome of a takeover battle in Australia for a coal-seam gas company, Pure Energy, between BG Group and a Royal Dutch Shell-backed company could determine the future path of planned multi-billion dollar CSG-to-LNG projects.
