LNG cargo price assessment by EU gets off to shaky start

The trials and tribulations are continuing for a European Union agency based in Slovenia in the former Yugoslavia and tasked with publishing daily spot LNG cargo price assessments for the Northwest Europe and Southern Europe markets.
