LNG and fuel costs give rise to more energy savings orders

Rising natural gas and fuel oil prices mean that the value of emergency government spending on subsidies is now over $550 billion. In emerging and developing economies, this short-term support for households and businesses now eclipses that provided for clean energy investments since March 2020.
