World's leading LNG players approve $2Bln more spending on Australia's oldest plant

Australia's Woodside Petroleum, operator of the North West Shelf liquefied natural gas plant, said the project's six participants, among the world's largest LNG players, have approved a $2 billion venture to extend the production span of the facility.
