MAN Energy and ABB to develop propulsion for LNG carriers and FSRUs to cut fuel costs and emissions

MAN Energy Solutions of Germany, the maritime propulsion company, and ASEA Brown Boveri (ABB), the Swiss-Swedish power technology group, have signed an accord to reduce the carbon footprint and fuel costs and improve operational flexibility for liquified natural gas carriers.
